Getting Access to Projects

Projects is currently in limited release. The feature is disabled by default for every organisation and must be explicitly enabled before it appears in the dashboard navigation, the Chrome extension, or any project API endpoints.

This page explains why the gate exists, how to request access, and how to verify the feature is on for your workspace.

Projects is materially different from the rest of JetStack AI’s product surface:

  • It is compute-heavy. Every phase — context analysis, blueprint design, asset generation, deployment — is AI-driven, and full projects involve significantly more processing than a typical import or audit.
  • It produces brand-new HubSpot assets, rather than replicating existing ones. That requires us to support a much wider set of edge cases per asset type than the import-then-deploy path.
  • It is still rapidly iterating. Behaviour and the underlying generation patterns change frequently. Gating access lets us roll improvements out safely to design-partner organisations first.

Once Projects exits limited release, this gate will be lifted and the feature will appear automatically for any organisation on a plan that includes it.

To request Projects access for your organisation:

  1. Email hello@jetstack.ai from the same address you use to sign in to JetStack AI.
  2. Include your organisation name (visible in the workspace selector in the top-left of the dashboard) and a one-line description of what you intend to build.
  3. We will respond within one business day with an enablement decision. If approved, we set the feature flag on your organisation and the workspace becomes available immediately on your next page load.

There is no separate paid SKU for Projects during limited release. If your organisation is on a plan that includes the relevant asset categories (Pro for CRM and CMS assets, Ultimate for dashboards, reports, snippets, and other premium assets), Projects will use those same entitlements.

After we confirm enablement on our side, you can check it yourself in three ways:

Open the JetStack AI web dashboard and look at the left sidebar. If Projects is enabled, you will see a Projects entry alongside Implementations, Audits, and Marketplace. Clicking it opens the project list.

If you still see the coming-soon placeholder instead, hard-refresh (Cmd/Ctrl-Shift-R) — the gate is read on first organisation load.

Open the extension in HubSpot. If Projects is enabled, the bottom navigation bar shows a Projects tab alongside Home, Assets, Import, Deploy, Audit, and Tasks.

If the tab still shows a coming-soon page, switch organisations in the extension header and switch back — that re-triggers the gate fetch.

The most definitive check is starting a project. If the gate is closed, the New Project button either is not visible or surfaces a “Projects is not enabled for this organisation” message when clicked. If the gate is open, the create flow proceeds straight to the project workspace.

Limited-release organisations can be temporarily flagged off if, for example, we are investigating an issue or rolling back a problematic change. If you previously had Projects access and it disappears, contact hello@jetstack.ai and we will tell you whether the change is intentional and when access will be restored.

In-flight projects you have already started are not deleted when the gate closes — they remain in your workspace and reappear as soon as the gate is reopened.
