Getting Access to Projects

Projects is currently in limited release. It’s turned off by default, and we turn it on for each organisation individually. Until then, it won’t appear in the dashboard or the Chrome extension.

Why Access Is Limited

  • Projects does a lot of AI work. Scanning portals, reading documents, planning and building assets all take much more processing than a typical import or audit.
  • It builds brand-new HubSpot assets rather than copying existing ones, which means many more situations to handle for every asset type.
  • It’s changing quickly. Limiting access lets us roll out improvements carefully, starting with our design partners.

Once Projects leaves limited release, it will be available automatically on every plan that includes it.

How to Request Access

  1. Email hello@jetstack.ai from the address you use to sign in to JetStack AI.
  2. Include your organisation name (shown in the selector in the top-left of the dashboard) and a line about what you want to build.
  3. We’ll reply within one business day. Once we turn Projects on for you, it appears the next time you load the page.

There’s no separate price for Projects during limited release. Projects can build the same asset types your plan already includes (Pro for CRM and CMS assets; Ultimate for dashboards, reports, snippets and other premium assets). Chatting with Jetty and building assets use your organisation’s Projects credits.

How to Check You Have Access

1. In the dashboard

Look for Projects in the left sidebar, next to Implementations, Audits and Marketplace. If you still see a “coming soon” page, hard-refresh (Cmd/Ctrl-Shift-R).

2. In the Chrome extension

Open the extension in HubSpot and look for the Projects tab. If it still says “coming soon”, switch to another organisation at the top of the extension and back again.

3. By creating a project

Click Projects, then New project. If you have access, you’ll go straight to your new project. If you don’t, the button is missing or you’ll see a message saying Projects isn’t turned on for your organisation.

If You Lose Access

Occasionally we turn Projects off for an organisation for a short time, for example while we fix a problem. If Projects disappears, contact hello@jetstack.ai and we’ll tell you why and when it’ll be back.

Your projects are never deleted when this happens. They come back as soon as access is restored.
