Contributing to the Marketplace
The JetStack AI Marketplace grows through community and partner contributions. If you have built implementation modules or audit templates that deliver consistent results, you can submit them to the Marketplace for other JetStack AI users to discover and install. Popular contributions earn ongoing revenue share for their creators.
Who Can Contribute
Section titled “Who Can Contribute”Contributions are open to:
- JetStack AI partners enrolled in the partner program
- HubSpot agencies with active JetStack AI workspaces
- Independent consultants using JetStack AI for client work
- Internal RevOps teams willing to share proven configurations with the community
You must have an active JetStack AI account and at least one connected HubSpot portal to submit content.
What You Can Submit
Section titled “What You Can Submit”Implementation Modules
Section titled “Implementation Modules”You can submit any bundle of related HubSpot assets that serves a repeatable use case. Strong module submissions typically include:
- A clear operational focus — The module solves a specific problem (e.g., lead routing, onboarding automation, pipeline management)
- Complete asset coverage — All required workflows, lists, forms, pipelines, emails, and properties are included so the module works out of the box
- Documentation — A description of what the module does, best practices for configuration, and any prerequisites or assumptions
- Dependency completeness — All cross-asset dependencies are resolved within the module, so users do not need to import additional assets separately
Audit Templates
Section titled “Audit Templates”You can submit audit configurations that define a useful block selection for a specific focus area. Strong template submissions include:
- A defined scope — The template targets a specific hub, process, or evaluation goal
- Relevant block coverage — The blocks included are appropriate for the template’s stated purpose
- Description — An explanation of when and why to use this template, and what the audit results will reveal
Submission Process
Section titled “Submission Process”Contributing to the Marketplace follows four stages:
1. Prepare Your Content
Section titled “1. Prepare Your Content”Build and test your module or template in your own workspace. For modules, deploy the assets to at least one portal to verify that all dependencies resolve correctly and the configuration works as intended. For templates, run the audit against a real portal to confirm that the block selection produces meaningful results.
2. Submit for Review
Section titled “2. Submit for Review”From your JetStack AI dashboard, navigate to Marketplace > Contribute and follow the submission form. You will provide:
- Title — A clear, descriptive name for your module or template
- Description — What it does, who it is for, and how it should be used
- Category — The operational category (Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Service Operations, or Revenue Operations) or hub focus area
- Industry tags — Applicable industry verticals, if any
- Asset list or block list — The contents of your module or template
- Best practices — Configuration guidance and common customization points
3. Quality Review
Section titled “3. Quality Review”Every submission goes through JetStack AI’s quality review process before appearing in the Marketplace. The review evaluates:
| Criteria | What Reviewers Check |
|---|---|
| Completeness | All referenced assets and dependencies are included; no broken references |
| Documentation | Description, best practices, and inclusions are clear and accurate |
| Functionality | The module deploys successfully or the template produces valid audit results |
| Uniqueness | The submission offers distinct value compared to existing Marketplace content |
| Quality standards | Naming conventions, asset organization, and overall polish meet Marketplace standards |
The review process typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive feedback if changes are needed before approval.
4. Publication
Section titled “4. Publication”Once approved, your module or template is published to the Marketplace and becomes available to all JetStack AI users. Your contributor profile is displayed on the module or template detail page, along with your organization name and a link to your website if provided.
Revenue Sharing
Section titled “Revenue Sharing”Contributors earn ongoing revenue share from their published modules and templates:
- Revenue share applies when users install a paid module or use a premium template
- Earnings are calculated based on the number of installs and usage events each billing cycle
- Payouts are processed monthly through the partner program dashboard
- Top contributors may be eligible for featured placement on the Marketplace home page, increasing visibility and installs
Exact revenue share percentages and payout thresholds are defined in the partner program agreement. Contact the JetStack AI partner team for current rates.
Partner Program
Section titled “Partner Program”The partner program provides additional benefits beyond revenue sharing:
