Is there a cost to join the partner program?
No. The JetStack AI Partner Program is free to join across all tiers. You get access to tools, training, and support at no upfront cost. We earn when you earn — through revenue sharing on deals you close.
How does the certification program work?
Certification includes a self-paced online course, a hands-on implementation project, and a short assessment. Certified partners get a badge, directory listing, and priority access to warm referrals from JetStack AI.
How does revenue sharing work?
You earn a percentage of every deal you close, integration you build, or referral that converts. Payouts are transparent, monthly, and increase as you move up tiers. There are no caps on earnings.
Which platforms are supported?
JetStack AI supports HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshsales, and SugarCRM — with more platforms on the roadmap. All partner tools work across every supported platform.
Can I partner exclusively or non-exclusively?
All partnerships are non-exclusive by default. You can work with other tools and platforms alongside JetStack AI. We believe the best partners choose us because we deliver value, not because of contracts.
What kind of support do partners get?
All partners get email support and access to the partner knowledge base. Solution Partners get a dedicated Customer Success Manager, priority queue access, and quarterly business reviews.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. If the program is not the right fit, you can leave or change tiers at any time. We want partners who want to be here.
